Add a CommentAnother suspenseful story from Jodi Picoult.
This was one of the most flowing Picoult novels. She slowly revealed bits and pieces of each of the characters lives and the impact each had on the other.
Her books are becoming a bit "formula" but I can't seem to get enough of them. Brother and sister fight, in court as usual, over guardianship of their brain-damaged and comatose father. One wants to pull the plug, the other can't bear to let him go. I had a hard time putting this one down and would recommend it as a good read. The insight into wolf behavior is a bonus.
One of Jodi Picoult's better novels in recent years. Although I question if a lawyer is actually allowed to work his own family's case..Still, a good story, a bit sad but well written.
