I would definitely recommend this book. I must say that after reading the book, I walked away with more admiration and respect for this wonderfully gifted man that I had before I read it. Although he struggles with addiction to this day...he has come a long way and deserves much recognition for that. After reading this book, you walk away with knowing that Steven Tyler has a genuine compassion for music and is naturally gifted, however...his personal life suffered because of it. I feel that I was given the chance to get to know someone who deep down is caring, loving and hilariously funny.
